Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of preparing a phenol-based polyol having a high terminal primary hydroxyl rate without complicated post-reaction treatments and methods of preparing a polyurethane resin and a polyurethane foam using the same. SOLUTION: A method of preparing a phenol-based polyol comprises adding an alkylene oxide to a phenol-based compound, wherein the phenol-based compound is reacted with 5-50 wt.% of the alkylene oxide, based on the phenol- based compound, containing at least 50 wt.% of an alkylene oxide having 3 or more carbon atoms at 80-150 deg.C in the presence of a basic catalyst and the resulting reactant is then reacted with 1.3-10 mols of ethylene oxide per mol of hydroxyl groups of the reactant. |
