Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing metal fitting which is excellent in fixing rigidity and has good workability. SOLUTION: To form a metal fitting body 1, the first arm member 4 and the second arm member 5 are protrudingly formed at a base plate 3. A pair of clamping members 8, 8 including a supporting line (a) on the lower surface side at the front end of the first arm member 4 of the metal fitting body 1, and a pair of clamping members 9, 9 including a spiral hanger (h) on the lower surface side at the front end of the second arm member 5 are disposed so as to face each other. A nut 14 is screwed at the front end of a threaded rod part 12 protruding above the base plate 3 of a J-bolt consisting of the threaded rod part 12 and a bent part 13 holding the supporting line (a), and a through hole 7 with/from which the front end of the bent part 13 of the J-bolt 2 engages/ disengages is formed at the base plate 3.
