Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject paint which can demonstrate an excellent water- repelling property and a property to prevent attachment of snow, by including a solvent-insoluble powder having a specified particle size or specific surface area. SOLUTION: This paint is obtained by including, as main components, (A) a solvent-insoluble powder having a particle size of 0.03 μm or larger and/or a specific surface area of 50 m /g or smaller, (B) a solvent-soluble binder resin, and (C) a solvent. Component A includes a metal oxide such as titanium oxide and a powder prepared by coating the metal oxide powder with a fluorocarbon or a resin. Component B includes a fluorocarbon or silicon resin. It is preferable that the content of component A is 20-95 wt.% on a dry basis. It is expected that this paint can be used for antifouling, preventing attachment of snow, and so on, in construction and engineering works.
