Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ceramic substrate which can improve the bonding strength between a conductor pattern and the substrate and can be improved in strength. SOLUTION: A dried glass past body is formed by drying an alumina green sheet after printing glass paste on the surface of the sheet, and then, a dried conductor past body is formed by drying conductor paste after printing the paste on the dried glass paste body. Thereafter, an alumina substrate 100 having a glass layer 20 between a substrate main body 10 and a conductor pattern 30 is obtained by baking the dried conductor paste body. Consequently, conductor particles are sintered into a metallic conductor layer and the glass component in the dried glass paste body infiltrates into the pores of the metallic conductor layer, resulting in firm coupling between the metallic conductor layer and glass component, during a sintering process. Therefore, the bonding strength between the conductor pattern 30 and the main body 10 is increased. In addition, the strength of the alumina substrate 100 can be improved, because it is not required to increase the amount of the glass component in the alumina green sheet. |
