Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device enabling optional selection of a combination of a plurality of data input/output terminals degenerated at an I/O(input/output line) degeneration mode. SOLUTION: In an SDRAM(synchronous dynamic random access memory), degeneration write switch circuits 1-3, in response to a test signal, transmit one of test data DIT0, DIT2 input from data input/output terminals 80, 82 to data buses DB1b-DB3b. Four data input/output terminals 80-83 can thus be degenerated to two data input/output terminals 80, 82 in a desired combination.
