Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain the sharing of time quantum among plural threads by transferring the unused time included in the time quantum of a 1st thread to the thread that is executed next if it's decided that the 1st thread having the relevant time quantum is blocked. SOLUTION: A memory 104 includes one or more multi-thread applications 110, and at least one of these applications 110 contains plural threads 112. The memory 104 also includes an OS (operating system) 108 which includes a process scheduler software 109. This step is executed when a processor 102 executes an instruction that is included in the software 109. Then the threads 112 of each multi-thread application/process 110 can share the processor 102.
