Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine which is gentle to the human body and possesses antimicrobial activity against Helicobacter pylori. SOLUTION: This antimicrobial is obtained by formulating an antimicrobial containing iron citrate and aqueous ammonia as active ingredients or an antimicrobial containing at least one selected from the group consisting of iron citrate, ammonium iron citrate, sodium iron (I) citrate, iron lactate and iron (II) pyrophosphate as an active ingredient thereto.
