Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a surface static electricity distribution state for analyzing a static electricity for the entire surface an object by scanning the entire surface from the uppermost part line to the lowermost part line in a zigzag using a static electricity sensor for measuring a static electricity at a single position. SOLUTION: A reciprocating moving body 10 has a static electricity sensor at a lower portion and is constituted at a guide shaft 12 so that is can travel freely. Reciprocating bodies 18 and 20 are constituted at guide shafts 22 and 24, respectively, so that they can travel freely. A support plate 34 for placing an object is provided an upper support 30 and a lower support 32. A power supply for driving is supplied to motor configuration parts 26 and 28, and wires 35 and 36 for outputting a measured static electricity signal are connected. When the reciprocating body 10 reaches a final line while successively moving downward along lines one step at a time from left to right and right to left, th scanning of the entire surface of the target 33 is completed. A signal being scanned separately for each line is inputted to a computer for controlling scanning through the wires 35 and 36 and is stored. |
