Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the water penetration performance of a water penetration material in a different execution state by arbitrarily selecting a desired site. SOLUTION: A sample container 2 is accommodated in a cylindrical body 3 so that it can be exchanged. In the sample container 2, a transparent cylindrical wall 10 and a thin hole 13 are provided with a bottom plate 11 with a number of punched holes. O rings 1416 are arranged at the bottom plate 11, and the bottom plate 11 is divided into specific regions A1 -A4 . Based on an execution condition for each of the divided regions A1 -A4 of the bottom plate 11, bentonite water penetration materials 17 are joined mutually in different states and are laid. In the sample container 2 where the sample 17 is created, water is introduced from a high-pressure water supply control device 40 after curing. A group of pores 13 corresponding to the regions A1 -A4 are selected arbitrarily and are l connected to a load cell 43, and the amount of water leakage from the regions A1 -A4 corresponding to the samples with different execution state is measured by the load cell 43, thus evaluating a water penetration performance.
