Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacture for a rocker arm certainly forming a pair of shaft fixing holes coaxially while improving production efficiency and reducing a cost. SOLUTION: In this manufacture of a rocker arm, after a rocker arm main body 11 equipped with a pair of both side walls 21 arranged in parallel and connecting walls connecting these both side walls 21 to each other is manufactured by executing outside diameter punching and folding to a metallic plate, the both side walls 21 of the rocker arm main body 11 are punched out simultaneously from the outside by a pair of boring punches so as to form simultaneously shaft fixing holes 26 in the both side walls 21.
