PARTITION BOARD AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition board excellent in ornamentation and sound-proofing, simple in discrimination at the time of waste disposal, easily selectable to a single element, very easy in recycling and manufacturing, lightweight and having a sufficient thickness and rigidity. SOLUTION: A partition board is made up of a superposed core board 5 in which core boards 2 made of synthetic resins such as polypropylene resin, polyester resin, polyethylene terephthalate resin, and acrylic resin are superposed, and ornamental surface cloth 6 of synthetic fibers made of the same synthetic resins as the core board 2 in which the protruded end piece 21 is inserted into the superposed part 8 of the front and rear and end parts of the superposed core board 5. In the superposed part 8, the end piece 21 of the inserted ornamental surface cloth and the superposed part 8 of the superposed core board 5 are integrally joined, and the superposed core board 5 superposed with the core boards is made up of one sheet of core board 2 having an end piece 21 covering one surface of the core board 2 and covering the end part 22 of the core board and folded to the other surface 23 of the core board 2, and the superposed core board in which a bent part 7 is provided to the center of the core board 2 and the other surface 23 on the folded end piece 21 is inwardly bent.
