Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin molding which is used as a sliding member needing to have excellent friction and abrasion characteristics, has improved friction and abrasion characteristics without the addition of a large amount of a solid lubricant, glass fibers or the like, and is low-cost and easily recyclable and to provide a process for producing the same. SOLUTION: A nucleator is added to a crystalline polymer such as a polyacetal, a polyamide or a polyphenylene sulfide, the obtained mixture is molded under applied vibration energy, and the obtained molding is heat-treated at a temperature equal to or lower than the glass transition point of the crystalline polymer, is heat-treated in the presence of a natural mineral, or is irradiated with far-infrared rays or infrared rays to reduce the spherulite size of the crystalline polymer to heightening the degree of crystallinity, to control the crystal morphology to reduce the frictional coefficient and the specified abrasion loss.
