Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operativeness on the side of an upper actuator during operating an lower actuator and the upper actuator in association. SOLUTION: When an upper operation valve 32 is operated, an upper shutoff valve 36 is switched into an open position 36b by a controller 28 and a pressure control switch valve 39 is switched into a close position 39b. In this way, discharge oil from a hydraulic pump 33 is supplied to the upper operation valve 32 and an drain oil passage 51d for the pressure control valve 38 is closed to cancel reduction of oil pressure in the oil passage 51d by the pressure control valve 38 so that oil pressure in all circuits can be increased up to the maximum oil pressure set in a relief valve 37.
