Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for sterilizing a container by ozone water capable of sufficiently sterilizing the container at normal temperature and in a short time. SOLUTION: In a sterilizing device of a container with ozone water which sterilizes a container 15 to be filled with the content such as medicine with ozone water, a container holder to hold the container 15 can be dispensed with by holding container rows 15a filled with ozone water by a holding part of an ozone water immersing machine 16, and successively immersing the held container rows 15a in an ozone water tank 17. The container holder is not closely attached to the container, and inner and outer surfaces of the container can be sufficiently sterilized.
