Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture with good accuracy a microstructure with a number of fine and sophisticated microstructure sections. SOLUTION: A main agent and a curing agent for casting are vacuum defoamed (31) and mixed together (302) and then injected into a casting mold (303) to cure (304) an elastic member and form a cavity. Then a main material and the curing agent are vacuum defoamed (305) and mixed together (306) and then a mixed material is injected (307) into a cavity of a casting mold 10 to cure the mixed material (308). After the mixed material is cured and a microstructure is formed, a vibration source is driven to vibrate a core, and the bonding properties of a contact interface between the core and the microstructure is molded to release easily the microstructure, and the microstructure is released from the casting mold.
