SHAFT OF GOLF CLUB

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable personalization by performing a printing on the surface of a shaft of a golf club with an ink composition containing a metal powder. SOLUTION: A specified pattern 3 is printed on the surface of a shaft 2 of a golf club 1 with an ink containing a metal powder. The composition of the ink used preferably contains 1-5 pts.wt. of a pigment and 20-35 pts.wt. of a dispersed solution of the metal powder. The pigment herein used is preferably a transparent organic pigment with a higher clearness. In the printing of the pattern 3, an ink layer is generated to have a specified pattern is formed on a base film. An adhesive layer is formed covering the ink layer and the ink layer is positioned at a specified position. Under such a condition, a treatment is made to heat and press the ink layer from the rear of the base film thereby achieving a transferring of the ink layer.
