Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the hindrance of a short cylinder around a transparent culture plate for the microscopic observation. SOLUTION: An end of a short cylinder 1 is closed with a transparent culture plate 4, a pressing ring 2 is detachably attached to the short cylinder 1 from the outside of the transparent culture plate 4 and a pressing piece 3 of the pressing ring 2 is brought into contact with the outer circumferential edge of the transparent culture plate 4 to prevent the separation of the culture plate from the short cylinder 1. In case of microscopic observation, the transparent culture plate 4 is removed from the short cylinder 1 and exclusively the culture plate 4 is set on the stage of a microscope.
