SOLUTION: In this midsole structure of sports shoes, a waveform sheet 4 is interposed to at least a heel part within a midsole 3 constituted of a soft elastic member and at least one of the amplitude A and wavelength λ of the waveform shape of the waveform sheet 4 is made different at at least one of a part between the front and rear end parts of the heel part and the part between inner and outer side parts. For instance, the amplitude Ai on the heel part inner side part side of the waveform sheet 4 is made larger than the amplitude Ao on a heel part outer side part side and the wavelength λi on the heel part inner side part side is made larger than the wavelength λo on the heel part outer side part side.
