SOLUTION: A prepaid card for electronic transaction on which an identification number and a code for machine reading formed by encoding the identification number are individually described is used, when each prepaid card for electronic transaction is sold at a general store, the code for machine reading is read, transmitted to a transaction control means on the computer network 6, the prepaid card for electronic transaction regarding the identification number is judged whether it is normal or not based on the identification number based on the code for machine reading and information preliminarily stored for each prepaid card for electronic transaction in the transaction control means and use of the prepaid card for electronic transaction regarding the identification number is set as a permissible state and an impermissible state based on a judgement result.
