Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a photoreceptor having high mechanical strength with resistance against solvent cracks, good electric durability against direct electrification, high sensitivity, excellent durability against repeated use, a small memory effect and little changes in the potential of a bright part by transfer electrification by incorporating a specified polymer into the surface layer and incorporating a specified azo compd. as a charge producing material into a photosensitive layer. SOLUTION: The surface layer contains a polymer having the structural unit expressed by formula I, and the photosensitive layer contains an azo compd. expressed by formula II or the like as a charge producing material. In formula I, X is -CR3 R4 - (R3 -R4 are independently hydrogen atoms, trifluoromethyl groups or the like), 1-11C 1,1-cycloalkylene groups which may have substituents, or the like, R1 , R2 are independently hydrogen atoms, halogen atoms or the like, and a, b are independently integers 0 to 4. In formula II, Y is a hydrogen atom. alkyl group or the like, Z is -CONH-Ar or the like, and Ar is a phenyl group having substituents. |
