Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely control the timing of the production of fine particles scattering from a target material by laser beam pulses for generating plasma and the timing of the irradiation of charging light in a device that irradiates the fine particles with the light to charge them and shifts them away from an X-ray route by applying electromagnetic force to the charged fine particles. SOLUTION: In order to serve the purpose mentioned above, laser beam pulses from a laser beam pulse generator 2 is branched off and one 1a and the other 1c are used for the generation of plasma and the charging of fine particles respectively. It is preferable that the pulses for charging them reach an irradiation area 36 later than that for the generation of plasma, and it is also desirable that pulses reach the area 36 one after another to increase the time range essentially. |
