SOLUTION: In this screening method of the VEGF/VPF competitive inhibitor, the kit for screening the VEGF/VPF competitive inhibitor containing a human type VEGF receptor and the human type VEGF receptor are used and connection with VEGF is measured and compared by a radioisotope or an enzyme immunoassay. Thus, since a chemical compound or the like provided with a VEGF/VPF competitive inhibition action is safely and efficiently selected, medicines such as the treating agent of the disease accompanying the arterialization such as the solid cancer and the like are found in an early stage.
