CLEANING LIQUID COLLECTING/REFINING SYSTEM FOR SCREEN PRINTING PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cleaning cost by collecting the cleaning liquid mixed with print ink, refining the collected cleaning liquid and reusing the refined cleaning liquid. SOLUTION: The collecting/refining system A comprises a clean tank 1 for storing a clean liquid, a dirty tank 2 for a cleaning liquid mixed with ink through cleaning operation, a filtering/refining section 3, and a back washing section 4. The filtering/refining section 3 filters and refines the dirty liquid in the dirty tank 2 and supplies the clean tank 1 with the refined liquid. The back washing section 4 flows the clean liquid in the clean tank 1 on the filtering film face of a ceramic filter 3d to remove cake adhering to the filtering film face thus regenerating the filtering capacity of the ceramic filter 3d.
