GRIPPER FOR ERECTOR AND ERECTOR USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gripper for an erector, in which constitution can be miniaturized and which can assemble a tunnel shell easily, and the erector using the gripper. SOLUTION: A pair of bilateral rod type double acting type hydraulic cylinders are used as means, by which a gripping section 6 holding a segment is displaced in parallel with the propulsive direction 42 of a shield machine, and a pair of bilateral rod type double acting type hydraulic cylinders are employed as means, by which the gripping section 6 is shifted in the juxtaposing direction 23 orthogonal to the propulsive direction 42. Accordingly, since a piston rod also functions as a guide member, the guide member need not be installed separately, and the constitution of the gripper 1 can be miniaturized. Operationability at the time of the rocking of the gripper 1 is improved by miniaturizing constitution, and the segment is positioned and pushed easily because the gripping section 6 can be moved in the juxtaposing direction 23, and a tunnel shell is assembled readily.
