Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of exterior panels whose any panels located in any positions can be partly removed after installation when fitting a plurality of panels forming an exterior wall on the building frame wall face of a building. SOLUTION: A substrate shaped member 22 extending along a joint 30 between respective exterior panels is fixed on the wall face of a building frame 21 of a building and a flange for fitting the upper shaped member frame 14J in the exterior panel 10 is fixed with screws or the like to the fitting face 23a of the substrate shaped member 22. In this time, the fitting flange 14d of the lower shaped member frame 14K in the adjacent upper exterior panel 10 is put in between the fitting flange 14d of the upper shaped member frame 14J and the fitting face 23a of the substrate shaped member 22 and fixed therein.
