BACTERICIDAL CONVEYOR-LUBRICANT FOR TRANSFERRING CONTAINER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject lubricant free from the trouble of rusting iron- parts around a conveyor, excellent in wettability, washing activity and bactericidal activity, and having good stability in the appearance of the preparation by using a quaternary ammonium salt whose counter ion is an organic carboxylic acid anion as a bactericidal component. SOLUTION: This lubricant is obtained by compounding (A) an anion surfactant expressed by the formula R1 O(AO)n (CH2 )m COOM [R1 is an 8-20C alkyl or the like; A is a 2-4C alkylene: (n)=0-5; (m)=1, 2; M is H, an alkali metal or the like] with (B) a quaternary ammonium salt that is a compound expressed by formula I [R2 to R5 are each a 1-22C alkyl or alkenyl; (k)=1-4; X is a k-valent anion of an organic carboxylic acid] (e.g. didecyldimethylammonium) or a compound expressed by formula II (R6 to R8 are each a 1-22C alkyl or alkenyl; Ph is phenyl) (e.g. dodecyldimethylbenzylammonium).
