Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new compound showing specific lesion activity against AIDS virus, capable of inhibiting virus proliferation in an infected cell, comprising an oligodeoxyribonucleotide containing a modified nucleoside. SOLUTION: This new oligodeoxyribonucleotide (salt) is shown by formula I (B1 is a modified nucleotide, A, G, C or T; B2 and B3 are each a modified nucleotide, nucleoside-5'-phosphate, A, G, C or T; (m) is an integer of 0-7; (z) is an integer of 0-9; S1 and S2 are each H, a 1-4C alkyl, a 1-4C alkoxy or a halogen; B2 may be the same or different in the repetition of (m)), has excellent antiAIDS viral action and is useful as a therapeutic agent and a preventive for AIDS diseases. The compound is obtained by reacting a compound of formula II [D' is a (modified) nucleate group; V is 2-chlorophenyl or the like] or the like with a corresponding oligodeoxynucleotide protected with a terminal 4,4'-dimethoxytrityl(DMT) group and deprotecting the reaction product.
