Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject tablet which includes microorganisms having high stability and excellent effect over a long period of time by including at least two separated layers of which one layer contains probiotic microorganisms and the other layer involves nutrition-physiologically valuable food components. SOLUTION: The this multi-layer compressed tablet in the food field consisting of at least two separated layers, preferably three layers, of which only one layer includes preferably at least 108 of probiotic microorganisms (preferably Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum or the like) and the other layer contains nutrition-physiologically valuable substances is obtained. It is favorable that the water content in the probiotic layer is 0.1 wt.% even in the maximum. The other layer includes a nutritionally suitable additive preferably selected from vitamins, minerals, trace-elements, vehicles, enzymes or fats.
