LOADING DEVICE OF WELDING WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To load a welding wire in a pail pack by uniformly and certainly giving a wire twist angle by providing a wire outlet on an outer surface upper part of a guide pipe supporting cylinder of a wire guide pipe and arranging a fixed cylinder on the outside of the guide pipe supporting cylinder. SOLUTION: A wire W coming out of the outlet 9 of a guide pipe 7 with the outlet 9 of the guide pipe 7 as an outer surface upper part of a guide pipe surrounding cylinder 17 is stored on an upper surface of a wire accumulated part in a pail pack along an outer periphery of the guide pipe surrounding cylinder 17. At this time, the wire W is forced to extend in the outside direction by centrifugal force by rotation of the supporting cylinder 17. Consequently, a fixed cylinder 23 roughly in the same length as the supporting cylinder 17 is provided on the outside of the supporting cylinder 17, it is guided to a guide cylinder while it is made circular in a clearance with the supporting cylinder 17, and it is stored in the pail pack. Consequently, it is possible to prevent swinging of a head end of the wire at the time of taking it out by loading the wire in the pail pack by uniformly and certainly giving a twist angel of the wire.
