Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain composite particles which are not poisoned and are excellent in production efficiency by coating the entire surfaces of core particles with coating layers so that the layers do not fall. SOLUTION: The composite particles are obtd. by forming coating layers of an inorg. material on the surfaces of core particles and the coating layers have rugged surfaces having 1-50 nm surface roughness. Coating layers of zirconia having 0.5-50 nm thickness or sulfur-free aluminous coating layers having 0.5-50 nm thickness are formed on the surfaces of the core particles.
