Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level shifter circuit for a level converter that outputs three-phase voltage levels (VPP, VCC, VSS) without the adding another circuit shifting from an external voltage level (VCC) to a ground voltage level (VSS). SOLUTION: The circuit is provided with an inverter INV 31, 1st to 4th PMOS transistors(TRs) PM31-PM34, and 1st to 5th NMOS TRs NM31-NM35. The 2nd and 4th NMOS TRs NM32, NM34 are used for pull-down TRs controlled by a 1st input signal and the 4th and 5th NMOS TRs NM34, NM35 are used for CMOS pull-down switches controlled by a 2nd input signal.
