HEPTANE-ANTIGEN BONDING SOLID PHASE AND IMMUNOASSAY METHOD USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heptahe-antigen bonding solid phase which can suppress the influence of a serum derived component more than in conventional cases in an immunoassay method using the heptane-antigen bonding solid phase. SOLUTION: A heptane-antigen bonding solid phase is provided in such a way that an antigen support substance to which a heptane antigen is bonded and a synthetic substance whose bonding capability to a solid phase is 1/3 or three times the antigen support substance are made to sympathize simultaneously with the solid phase, that the antigen support substance to which the heptane antigen is bonded and the sympathetic substance are changed into the solid phase and that a masking protein is changed into a solid phase.
