Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-component polyurethane contg. a reactive diluent which is easy to manufacture and incorporated into a polyurethane without difficulty, and has no side-reaction with the structural component of the polyurethane. SOLUTION: This polyurethane comprises at least two-functional polyisocyanate component and polyol component, and the polyol component contains at least a cyclic acetal contg. a hydroxyl and/or a ketal. This method of manufacturing the polyurethane comprises a reaction of at least two- functional polyisocyanate with a compd. contg. an active hydrogen, and the compd. contg. an active hydrogen contains the cyclic acetal and/or the ketal as a reactive diluent.
