Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and equipment for efficiently laser beam-welding a wheel wherein quality and strength is secured without being affected by the state of the surface of the wheel to be welded. SOLUTION: The laser beam 14 is reflected to a mirror 13 which is provided in the same side in the axial direction of the wheel with respect to a part 12a to be welded of the wheel 12 through a hub hole 11a of a disk 11 from the opposite side in the axial direction of the wheel with respect to the part 12a to be welded of the wheel 12, and the laser beam 14 is condensed to the part 12a to be welded. Whereby, a rim 10 is welded and joined with the disk 11.
