Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure highly reliable control for a long period of time by arranging an electronic control device in a connection circuit between a power source and a starter and controlling voltage and/or an electric current or a switch-on time against the starter by this electronic control device. SOLUTION: When a driver operates a starting switch 24, a central control device 2 to receive rated voltage of a starter battery 4 by a terminal 50e delivers output voltage corresponding to the rated voltage of the battery 4 from a terminal 45r with short delay of time. As this output voltage is applied to a starter motor 8 through a bias resistor 34, the motor is slowly started. Thereafter, control voltage is delivered from a terminal 50f of the central control device 2 after a specified period of time to overcome inertia of the starter motor 8 passes, when it is made to flow to a relay coil 38, a relay contact point 37 is closed, and the starter motor 8 is devised to be driven by the rated voltage of the battery 4.
