The check plate member 14 is bent in a chevron shape projected towards the outside extending over the whole circumference at an inner circumferential site on the center side, on which the through-hole 28 is shaped, and at least a bent site 32 is projected and placed to the outside from the lower opening section 22 of the cap body 12. |
