Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly prevent the boil-over of gluten with a compact structure without complicating the structure. SOLUTION: A lid body 1 has a steam discharge passage. The steam discharge passage comprises a steam port 18, a gluten returning hole 17, an upper guide cylinder part 11, a lower guide cylinder part 6, and a steam discharge port 5. The steam hole and gluten returning hole are bored in the inner surface of the lid body 1. The upper guide cylinder part 11 guides the steam penetrated through the steam port 18 and the gluten returning hole 17 upward. The lower guide cylinder part 6 is situated on the circumference of the upper guide cylinder part 11 to guide the steam raised in the upper guide cylinder part 11 downward on the circumferential side. The steam discharge port 5 is bored in the outer surface of the lid body 1. The upper guide cylinder part 11 has an opening part 15 and a rib 16 extended from the opening part 15 obliquely downward.
