SOLUTION: To the inner wall surfaces of the blow holes 16 of a vitrified grinding wheel 10, a fatty acid salt 18 such as a sodium stearate or a zinc stearate is impregnated and fixed. As a result, the power consumption amount, and the grinding wheel radius abrasion amount and the work temperature after the grinding, are reduced, compared with the case using a canauba wax, a mixture of the canauba wax and a dibenzol sulfide, a paraffin, a mold release agent, or the like is used.
