MOVABLE SHELF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide movable shelves improving the housing/taking-out operability of articles, increasing the housing amount of the articles and improving carrying operability. SOLUTION: The shelves are provided with a movable shelf main body 21 traveling by casters 20 and moving guided by rails 2a and 2b disposed on an upper side, stopper parts 22 fixed to the upper part of the main body 21 in the state of movable up and downward and a height adjusting part 32 adjusting the fixing height of the parts 22 to the main body 21. In this case inserting parts 34 to be inserted to a guide groove 8 opening at the lower face of the rails 2a and 2b in the state of being capable of inserting and pulling are provided projecting upward from the parts 22 and the part 32 adjusts the fixing height of the parts 22 to the main body 21. Thereby, the parts 34 can be inserted to and pulled out from the groove 8.
