Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe inner clamp device, wherein a cotter to fill the gap of a divided main clamp pad constituting a backing metal of a butting part is intimately contacted with the reverse side of the pipe easily. SOLUTION: This pipe inner clamp device is equipped with a main clamp pad 51, which can be pressed to the inner face of the butting end part of two pipes and is arranged in a circumferential direction while being divided into plural parts, and a cotter to fill plural divided parts of the pad 51. A cotter pad 131 is energized towards the outside direction by a spring 203 via a head 201, and energized towards the inside direction by a spring via a spacer housing 133-6. The pad 131 has a floating structure, and is intimately contacted with the reverse face of the pipe easily.
