Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of electroporation of cells in which a given electric field strength does not differ from the desired one and it can be surely controlled. SOLUTION: This electroporation of cells is carried out between at least a pair of electrodes by applying an electric potential or current during a specified time interval. In this electroporation, (1) the source of the electric potential or current, which is not consumed during the time interval, is connected to the electrodes via a controllable power semiconductor working as an adjuster, (2) the form of the electric potenfial or current during the time interval is determined by a set-value transformer which generates a selectable form of a curve, and the electric potential or current is imputed into a controller connected before the driving step of the power semiconductor, (3) the controller catches the value corresponding the actual electric potential or current applied on the electrodes in a form of momentary value, and (4) the timeinterval has a range from several hundreds ns to several minutes. |
