Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the construction cost and to popularize for laying electric lines underground. SOLUTION: A pole transformer 3 is used under ground. The transformer 3 is installed in an underground transformer room. In the specification of the transformer 3, the propriety of use is decided based on data obtained in a test experiment and is shared in the transformer room. A cooling fin is added as need and the transformer corresponds to use in the room. The transformers are used similarly as in prior art as much as possible depending on the number of the transformers.
