Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively restrain a shortening of a service life of a light source bulb in the case of continuous action of on/off operation of a passing switch in a head lamp for a vehicle to switch a high beam to and/from a low beam with the use of a single light source. SOLUTION: In the case of a passing operation P is made when a lighting fixture is unlighted (a), a light source bulb is generally lit only when a passing switch is turned on (b). However, when the passing switch is turned off, the light source bulb is turned off after it is continuously turned on for a prescribed time td (c). Because the light source bulb is maintained to be in the turned-on condition as it is without being turned off if a time lag from the time when the passing switch is turned off to the time when it is turned on again is within the prescribed time td, the light source bulb is maintained to be in the turned-on condition continuously in the case of continuous passing operations P1, P2, P3 made, and a shortening of its service life is restrained. On the other hand, a shade makes a beam switching with a displacement before and after in synchronization with the passing operation P, thereby securing a passing function.
