Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the number of parts and to facilitate assembly. SOLUTION: This structure is provided with a fixed body 2 fixed at a part on a specified member, an operating body 3 connected to this fixed body 2, and an operating lever 4 attached to this operating body 3. In this case, the operating lever 4 is connected to the fixed body 2 so as to be inclined both in longitudinal and lateral directions through the operating body 3, which has an operating main body 31, a pair of first front and rear shafts 32 extended forward and backward from this main body 31 and second shafts 33 similarly extended to the left and right, and the fixed body 2 has a pair of forward and backward bearing bodies 22 for supporting the first shafts 32 so as to turn them around an axial center, while the operating lever 4 has a pair of left and right side plates 42b supported so as to be turned around the second shafts 33, the fixed body 2 is constituted so as to be mounted in the state of irreversibly preventing the first shafts 32 from being dropping by the bearing bodies 22, and the side plates 42b are constituted so as to be mounted in the state of being irreversibly prevented from being dropped by the second shafts 33.
