SOLUTION: A seat 5 forming a valve port 4 is provided with a seat part 8 consisting of a bellows 9 and a seat ring 10, and a coned spring 22 is provided in an annular space 21 between the bellows 9 and a port part 13, An initial space S is provided between the upper end 22a of the coned spring 22 and the seat ring 10 with a sealing surface 10a not pressed into contact with a sealing surface 12a, and the port part 13 is provided in such a way as to be freely fitted over and removed from the seat ring 10, the bellows 9, and the coned spring 2 as a valve element 6 opens and closes. Thereby the reaction of the bellows 9 and that of the coned spring 22 are used in steps depending on whether the pressure of a fluid is high or low, so that stable sealability can be maintained even if the pressure of the fluid changes. |
