Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent that unfair unlocking is carried out by rotating a thumb- turn through a broken glass window in a door having a fitted glass. SOLUTION: A cam 4 is composed of the first cam 41 on an indoor side and the second cam 42 on an outdoor side which are divided into two parts in the direction of a thickness and mutually movable in a rotating direction. A crime prevention device is equipped with an actuating lever 7 connected to a connection piece 5 through the connection piece 5 and an engagement pin 51 for engaging and disengaging both the cams 41, 42 to the first cam 41 and the second cam 42 and a changing over switch 6 connected to the actuating lever 7. In addition, the engaging pin 51 on the connection piece 5 is fitted in an induction hole 73 of the actuating lever 7 and a guide slot 15 of a case 1 or a locking hole 16 continuing to the guide slot 15.
