Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method for a foam plate, with which a comparatively larger recessed part or projected part can be simply formed in a foam plate so as to simply manufacture a service hole cover or the like in a few process. SOLUTION: This forming method is to form a recessed part or a projected part by three-dimensionally forming a foam plate prepared by forming a foamed plastic into a plate. At the site for corresponding to the recessed part or the projected part on the foam plate, a plurality of contour line-like annular grooves are formed by pressing so as to extend the annular grooves 8 and their neighborhoods in order to form the recessed part and the projected part. Thus, only by pressing, the recessed part or the projected part can be easily formed on the foam plate.
