Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method in which a relation is properly maintained between a welding speed and a current/voltage command and in which the tip end of an arc surely reaches the tip end of a groove in the welding of a first layer. SOLUTION: A welding torch height controller 8 is designed to raise or lower the height of a welding torch 2 in such a manner that the sum of the set value of a welding torch height and the correction quantity of the height from a current controller 7 is equalized to the measurement of a welding torch height detector 9. The correction quantity of the height from the current controller 7 is inputted to a comparator 12; if it is in excess of a prescribed value, a command is given to a welding speed correcting device 13, which outputs to a welding speed controller 10 a welding speed correction value that increases a specific value per weaving. The welding speed controller 10 controls the revolution of an X-axis driving motor 11 by forming a welding speed command value by adding the welding speed correction value to a reference welding speed. |
