METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ASSEMBLING OF MOTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method for a motor, which can be assembled and welded in a short time and in which the uniformity of the gap between a stator and a rotor can be maintained and to provide a motor assembling apparatus whose constitution is simple and which is low cost. SOLUTION: A bearing 5 on one side is inserted into a trunk casing 1 into which a stator 2 is inserted internally. A plurality of gap gages 10 are positioned at the inside of the stator 2 in the central part from the side of the other end of the trunk casing 1. A shaft 4 into which a rotor 3 is inserted externally is inserted. On end part of it is inserted into the bearing 5. In a state such that a bearing 6 is inserted into the other end part of the shaft 4 by making use of the center of the bearing 5 as a reference, the trunk casing 1 is welded and attached to both bearings 5, 6 from a plurality of positions on the outer circumferential side of the trunk casing 1 at the inside of the other end part of the trunk casing 1. The gap gages 10 are removed.
