SOLUTION: A solid electrolyte contains a lithium ion conducting substance expressed by Eq. Li2 S-GeS2 -X (where X is at least one kind of Ga2 S3 and ZnS) or Eq. Li2 S-SiS2 -P2 S5 . Because of this electrolite which is crystalline solid and exhibits high ion conductivity, this excels in high temp. stability and safety. This can favorably be used as a solid electrolyte for a lithium battery. |
